Hey there! I’m Erin, wife to Jelani, and mom to Judah, Jadon, Jordyn, and Justus. My husband calls me Babe. Our four kids call me mom, mommy, or bruh! Send help! My family refers to me as E and Auntie E, and my friends call me Erin. I’ve recently adopted a few new names too: Business Owner. Entrepreneur. Founder. Owner. Stylist. I am a busy working mom.
Fashion has always been a passion of mine! I consider it my personal creative artistic outlet. Clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, accessories, all the things.
I would describe my personal style as—my own! Some days I love a tailored outfit with slacks, ruffle collared button down, great belt, and a blazer; a classic heel and statement bag are definite musts. Other days I slip on some sneakers, my go-to with just about everything, and of course, I can never leave the house without having at least a stud earring, great watch, and the right lip color (usually a soft pink). I am a Cool Summer color palette which simply means soft blues, purples, pinks, navy, grey, and some gorgeous true colors with soft cooler neutrals.
I’ve worked in a women’s clothing boutique for several years, where I style and give styling advice to women of all backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, shapes, and sizes. This brings me so much joy that I decided to start my own business as a Personal Stylist...presenting Sparrow + Lily Styling Co! S + L is for those busy working moms and women like me who have a desire to spend more of their time with those they love—husbands, kids, friends, etc.—and less time in their closets or stores trying to figure out what to wear.
My heart as a stylist is to serve women with expert styling advice catered to their individual needs and desires, and empowering them to create outfits, choose the right styles for their bodies and give them confidence as they select pieces in their specific color palette, ensuring a woman who steps out confidently! Whether you’re attending a school play or sporting event, giving a presentation in the boardroom or via Zoom, or simply taking the kids on a play date to the park with friends. My goal is to relieve stress, redeem time, and reignite confidence.
